Everything about Figi's has been above average EXCEPT when ordered items from second vendors through Figi's. I have learned that when Figi's sends an order to a second vendor, Figi's then posts on-line that the order was shipped on that date. Thus, the consumer believes that the purchased order is on its way to the consumer. This may, or may NOT, in fact, be true. In trying to verify that such an item had been shipped, I spent over a month trying to get a response from Figi's through Email and telephone. The ultimate response was that the item would not be available from the vendor for another month! Yet, All that time, Figi's on-line "order status" stated that the order HAD BEEN SHIPPED. This has happened to me two years in a row. - Linda

John and his wife, Ann, sorted orders, cut 200 one-pound wheels and 70 one-pound blocks of cheese on the kitchen table, sealing it in cellophane heated on the stove, and penciling in the addresses.
