I really appreciate how Journey's doesn't cooperate with you when a pair of shoes they sell you break for the 4th time, no exaggeration! I paid $50 for a pair of worthless shoes, so I threw the receipt away thinking I would never need it again. I came back, they didn't fix the shoes, nor reimburse me, nor give me store credit. What I really think of Journeys is, they don't really care about their customers!!! - Cathy
