Last week we stopped at OfficeMax [Appleton, WI], looking for a specific item, asked by sales person right away if she could be of help. She helped us it find what we were looking for, helped us put together what we were looking for.......then later, we had another question about an item, and again, helped us to find what we needed.
Tho we had been in the store before, it was appreciated to be helped right away, and sales person [Debbie] was so helpful and friendly, it was great to accomodated in such a manner. By that, we took extra time ,to look around the store, very clean and displays well displayed.
We asked to see the manager, to tell him about the great help we had from Debbie, that he should make note of that, and did appreciate imput like that. - GeorgeW.

Office Max will never get my hard earned money again. They have taught me an expensive lesson. When they took my money this year with false promises of rebate funds, it was apparent that only Office Max employees get money back. Rip someone else off, I am not shopping there ever again. - Timothy
REBATE HELL IS OFFICE MAX! Office Max employees believe that their store is not responsible for false adverising on rebates, items that are advertised and are not stocked, and worse than that, bad attitudes... which do not meet the customers needs, just customer disgust! The managers are only available for friendly, no problem customers... don't try to get what you paid for...it does not exist at Ofiice Max, no matter how hard you try.
It is a shame that my employees and I have learned yet another lesson in life.... DON'T TRUST OFFICE MAX.
Office Max has never tried to help me in any of problems I have had with major or minor purchases. YES AFTER YEARS OF LOYALTY IT IS NOW GOOD BY TO OFFICE MAX!.... HELLO STAPLES...at least I can shop without getting ripped off!

After getting the runaround with the never returned phone calls I contacted the local Office Max manager. He paid me my $10.00 rebate when I showed him my copy of the sales slip. I also will never be seduced by their phony rebates.
