I have found that at whatever Staples I go to the employees are always very helpful, courteous, and friendly and make you glad that you stopped in at the Staples store. I usually only buy small items but they always seem to have what I am looking for at that time. I must say I am very glad they are in my area. - terry
I've experienced shopping in the 3 major office suppliers (office max, office depot and STAPLES) and STAPLES is by FAR the better of the three. Great customer service, product knowledge and overall great shopping experience/environment. - Rick
i just bought a new laptop and someone elses info was on it from 3 months ago so i think staples sold me a used on and repackaged it....what is going on here - dave cohen
I have found that Staples as an organization is incredible. Not only do they have a website that is update, accurate, and confidental, there stores are over the top. I shop at the stores in the Phx. market, and all of them I have been treated with superior service. They treat me like I am there only customer.
